Materials

The ITL Materials Division provides granular procurement services whether supporting government/commercial customers directly, or through consulting.  Our consulting services include both pre and post award support for procurements of any size.  We specialize in large, logistically complex project buys providing proof of delivery and tracking information necessary to adhere to strict project schedules.
