ITL History 

AliTek Consulting Services Inc. was established in 2004 as an IT materials resale firm, specializing in large project based procurements for both government and government contracting organizations. AliTek’s ability to maintain control over material flow allowed them to reduce overall acquisition costs and decrease risk for their customers and vendors.

Wilbanks Consulting Inc. (WCI) was established in 2003 as a design, engineering and installation company working primarily as a sub-contractor for the CITS program with the Air Force. WCI was hired to design, engineer and install the Manhole duct system, Outside Plant fiber backbone and the Inside Plant fiber infrastructure for 3 active Air Force bases. This project consisted of over 500 buildings and miles of Outside Plant infrastructure. From this and similar projects, WCI became known as a very reliable and professional design, engineering and installation company. WCI designed and engineered 12 bases for the Air National Guard, developing the engineering packages, project support agreements and provided an estimated List of Materials (LOM) for each base in just a few months. During this process Alison Bissell (AliTek) and Tim Wilbanks (WCI), decided that the processes utilized during these major projects, coupled with the way each company complemented the other, offered a great benefit to both customers and strategic partners.
